At AEROGRUTA, we try to customize the design and drawing development process as per the need of the client which can vary from a small studio till a big architecture firm.
Like any other business assignment, off shoring starts with a first contact.
The client transmits the initial design information to AEROGRUTA in digital or scanned hard copy.
AEROGRUTA then develops digitized version of the drawings that is AutoCAD or VectorWorks drawings.
AEROGRUTA consults with the client to develop a drawing list and estimates the number of man-hours required for completing the given task. Both parties enter into a Service Agreement. A common set of technical and graphic parameters is established and a schedule is drawn up for periodic delivery of drawings.
Communication plays a vital role in remote production process, and its success definitely affects the diligence in functionality during the entire production process. To ensure that nothing is missed out, nothing misunderstood a combination of e-mail and videoconferences are established according to the client’s preferences.
