PROCEDURES / PAYMENTS

AEROGRUTA understands that every company has its own style and layering guidelines for its AUTOCAD or VECTOR WORKS drawings.

We suggest sending a sample project to match your standards. We will use it as a reference to guarantee your satisfaction.

The Process

1. Submit your information in our form with a brief description of the project(s). Send us by email your CAD file, scanned paper drawing, reference drawings or sketched ideas.

2. We will send a proposal with estimated time and a fixed price. And also, we will send any questions we possible have. Than we will wait for your approval / confirmation and advanced payment of 25% to start working.

3. Once we done the service, we will send to you (by email or mail) the final set of the required work.

4. Last of all, you can make the remaining 75% payment with a new deposit into our bank account, as below:

Remember … we guarantee to meet the deadlines and the fixed cost for any given project. You pay 75% in the end.
